Individual or entity using AlonChat services

Content

Any data, text, or materials uploaded to the service

Acceptable Use

•Create and deploy AI agents for legitimate business purposes
•Provide accurate information during registration
•Maintain security of your account credentials
•Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
•Respect intellectual property rights

Prohibited Activities

•No illegal, harmful, or malicious content
•No spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
•No attempt to breach security or disrupt services
•No reselling without explicit permission
•No impersonation or misrepresentation

Service Features

•AI agent creation and customization
•Multi-channel deployment (Web, Facebook, etc.)
•Knowledge base training and management
•Analytics and performance monitoring
•API access for enterprise plans

Billing & Payments

•Monthly or annual subscription plans
•Usage-based pricing for API calls
•Automatic renewal unless cancelled
•30-day money-back guarantee
•No refunds for partial months

Limitations of Liability

•Service provided 'as is' without warranties
•Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
•Maximum liability limited to fees paid
•No guarantee of uninterrupted service
•User responsible for data backups

User Responsibilities

•Ensure AI agents comply with laws
•Monitor and moderate agent responses
•Protect sensitive customer data
•Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
•Keep account information updated

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your content solely to provide and improve our services.

Our Platform: AlonChat and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AlonChat and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

AI Models: AI responses are generated using third-party models. You're responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before public use.

Account Termination

You May Terminate

✓ Cancel subscription anytime
✓ Request data deletion
✓ Export your data before leaving

We May Terminate For

✗ Violation of these terms
✗ Illegal or harmful activities
✗ Non-payment of fees

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If we can't, here's how we'll handle it:

1.First, contact our support team to attempt informal resolution
2.If needed, participate in good-faith mediation
3.Final resolution through binding arbitration, not courts
