Get live courier quotes, book deliveries, and share tracking with customers — right inside the conversation.
Delivery & Couriers#
Once an order is confirmed, delivery tools can fetch a live courier quote, book a rider, and share tracking. A quoted price is not a booked rider, and a test quote never books one.
Find the live courier tool under Agent Studio → Tools → Lalamove Delivery.
Keep the order as the source of truth. Delivery should run only after the customer confirms that order and a Procedure allows courier booking.
Supported Couriers#

Other courier names may appear in the catalog later. Only enable a courier that shows as available for live quotes and booking. A credentials-only card cannot book a rider.
What You Configure#
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Courier credentials | The API credentials for your courier account, and whether to use sandbox or production |
| Pickup location | Business address, contact name, phone, and map coordinates. Quotes use the pin, not the street address alone |
| Default courier | Which live provider to use when more than one is connected |
| Test quote | A sample drop-off that checks live pricing. It does not book a rider |
What the Agent Does#

| Book | The customer confirms, a quotation exists, and the booking call succeeds |
| Track | A tracking link exists on the booked delivery |
| Cancel | A booked delivery is cancelled only after that cancellation succeeds |
Confirmation and Failure#

Booking needs a provider quotation first. If the quote step did not return one, there is nothing to book.
In a Procedure#
Delivery fits after the order and any required payment, not instead of them.

If the quote or booking does not succeed, stop at that step. Do not tell the customer a rider is on the way.
