Billing and Plans#

Manage your AlonChat plan, payment method, credit usage, add-ons, and billing documents.


Accessing Billing#

  1. Go to your project dashboard
  2. Click Settings in the sidebar
  3. Select Billing

Use Settings > Plans to compare plans, upgrade, downgrade, buy credit packs, and manage add-ons.


Public Plans#

The current public paid plan ladder is Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Starter, Pro, and Business have published prices. Enterprise is contact-sales only and does not have a public fixed price.

New accounts may receive a free trial with included credits, but trial access is separate from the public paid plan ladder. Hidden, legacy, or private plans are not public pricing and should not be quoted to customers.

The dashboard checkout is the source of truth before payment. Promotions, prepaid duration, annual billing, and project-specific agreements can change the final amount shown at checkout.

Knowledge storage covers indexed text and chunks used for retrieval. Asset storage covers attachments, uploads, and media kept for display or download.

Remove AlonChat branding is handled through the Remove Branding add-on or a custom agreement; it is not bundled for free in standard public plans.


Understanding Credits#

Credits power your AI agent's responses. Each AI response consumes credits based on the selected model tier.

Check the model selector in Settings > AI for current model options and exact credit costs.

Credit Rules#

  • Subscription plan credits reset every billing cycle
  • Prepaid plan credits are valid for the selected prepaid period; default is 1 month
  • Credit add-on packs are valid for 30 days
  • Auto-replenish credits are valid for 30 days
  • When credits run out, the agent stops responding until credits are replenished

Add-ons#

Need more capacity without changing plans? Add-ons appear in Settings > Plans when they are available for your billing model.

Common add-on types include:

  • Credit packs for prepaid projects
  • Auto-replenish credits for subscriptions
  • Extra asset storage for attachments and media
  • Extra agent capacity or branding upgrades when available

Add-on availability and pricing are shown in checkout before payment.


Payment Methods#

AlonChat processes payments through PayMongo.

Checkout may support:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • GCash
  • Maya
  • Bank transfer or manual payment where available

Subscription card updates may require PayMongo authentication or manual review. Billing shows pending or manual-review state when needed.


Managing Your Subscription#

Upgrading#

  1. Go to Settings > Plans
  2. Select a higher plan
  3. Confirm payment
  4. The upgrade takes effect immediately

Downgrading#

  1. Go to Settings > Plans
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep current access until then.

Canceling#

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select a reason
  4. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Future renewals stop
  • You can reactivate later

Invoices And Receipts#

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Open your invoices or receipts
  3. Download the needed document

Documents include plan/add-on details, amount charged, payment method, and billing dates.


Frequently Asked Questions#

What is the cheapest public paid plan?#

Starter: ₱2,000 monthly/prepaid.

Do you still sell Basic, Premium, or other hidden plans publicly?#

No. The public fixed-price paid plans are Starter, Pro, and Business. Enterprise is contact-sales only. Hidden, legacy, private, or internal plans should not be quoted as public pricing.

What happens if I run out of credits?#

Your AI agent stops responding to new messages. Buy a credit pack, enable auto-replenish on a subscription, upgrade, or wait for your next subscription reset.

Do unused credits roll over?#

Subscription plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Prepaid and add-on credits remain usable until their validity period ends.

How do I know which model tier to use?#

Start with a mid-tier model. Use budget models for simple FAQs and premium/top-tier models for complex or high-value conversations.
