Manage your AlonChat subscription, credits, payment methods, add-ons, and invoices
Billing and Plans#
Open project Settings → Billing for payment and subscription status, and Settings → Plans to compare offers, change plans, and buy available add-ons. Use Usage to review consumption.
Public Plans#
The live Pricing page shows public offers. Your project's Plans page shows what it can buy. Checkout is the source for the actual amount, currency, billing period, discounts or adjustments, and included capacity before payment. A legacy plan on an old invoice is not necessarily available for new purchases.

Plan Limits and Feature Access#
Check the live plan card and your current entitlement for active agents, team seats, enabled Tools, credits, knowledge storage, and media capacity. These are separate limits. Temporary access to more features does not automatically expand them.
A feature can also require permissions, an authorized connection, channel support, and completed setup. An available menu item does not establish that a connected service is ready.
Understanding Credits#
AI usage depends on the selected model and enabled features. Open Agent Studio → Guidance for available model choices and their displayed costs. Inspect Usage and billing history for actual consumption instead of assuming every customer message costs one credit.
Plan, prepaid, and add-on balances can have different reset or expiry rules. Check the purchase terms and balance details shown for your project.
Add-ons and Auto-Replenish#
Plans shows the add-ons available to your project. Review quantity, amount, validity, and whether the purchase renews. Media-storage capacity and knowledge capacity are not interchangeable.
When Auto-Replenish is offered, check the purchase amount, trigger, and saved-payment requirement. Enabling it authorizes automatic purchases under the displayed terms.
Payment Methods and Status#
Use the payment methods offered by checkout. A redirect, submitted payment, or uploaded proof does not by itself prove that the plan is active.

For an unresolved payment, contact support@alonchat.com with its reference and displayed status. Do not send payment credentials.
Changing or Cancelling a Subscription#
Choose the offered action in Plans or Billing and review its amount and effective date before confirming. A scheduled change and an applied change are different; check the resulting subscription state. Download available invoices and receipts from Billing.
