Manage your AlonChat subscription, payment methods, credit usage, and invoices.


Accessing Billing#

  1. Go to your project dashboard
  2. Click Settings in the sidebar
  3. Select Billing

Or go directly to SettingsPlans to compare options.

  • Use budget models (1 credit) for simple queries

Adding Payment Method#

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Click Add Payment Method
  4. Choose type and enter details
  5. Verify if required

Default Payment Method#

Set which method charges for subscription:

  1. Find the payment method
  2. Click Set as Default

Managing Your Subscription#

Upgrading#

  1. Go to SettingsPlans
  2. Select a higher plan
  3. Choose billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  4. Confirm payment
  5. Upgraded immediately

Pro-rated credit for unused days on current plan.

Downgrading#

  1. Go to SettingsPlans
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Confirm changes
  4. Takes effect at end of billing cycle

Canceling#

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select reason
  4. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until period ends
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate anytime

Credit Add-ons#

Need more credits without upgrading? Buy add-on packs:

Purchasing Add-ons#

  1. Go to SettingsPlans
  2. Scroll to Credit Packs
  3. Click Buy on desired pack
  4. Complete payment
  5. Credits added immediately

  • Used after monthly credits
  • Non-refundable

Invoices & Receipts#

Viewing Invoices#

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Invoice History
  3. View or download any invoice

Invoice Contents#

  • Invoice number
  • Billing period
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used

Downloading for Accounting#

  • Click Download PDF on any invoice
  • Includes all tax information
  • Valid for business expenses

Billing Cycle#

Monthly Billing#

  • Charged on same day each month
  • Example: Started Jan 15 → billed 15th monthly

Annual Billing#

  • Save 20% vs monthly
  • Charged once per year
  • Pro-rated for upgrades

Troubleshooting#

Payment Failed#

  1. Check card/account balance
  2. Verify payment method details
  3. Try alternative payment method
  4. Contact support if persists

Credits Not Showing#

  1. Wait 5 minutes for processing
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Check transaction in billing history
  4. Contact support with payment confirmation

Subscription Not Active#

  1. Verify payment completed
  2. Check for failed payment notification
  3. Update payment method
  4. Contact support
