What is a Help Page?#
A Help Page is a dedicated webpage for customer support:
- Custom URL:
alonchat.com/help/your-brand - Your branding and colors
- AI-powered chat
- Suggested questions
- Resource links
Setting Up#
- Go to your agent dashboard
- Navigate to Deploy > Help Page
- Click Create Help Page
- Configure settings
- Publish

Basic Settings#

Suggested Questions#
Add up to 6 suggested questions:
- Go to Help Page Settings > Suggested Messages
- Add questions like:
- "What are your business hours?"
- "How do I track my order?"
- "What's your return policy?"
- Save
Link Cards#
Add resource cards that link to external pages:
- Go to Help Page Settings > Link Cards
- Add cards with:
- Title
- Description
- URL
- Icon
- Save
Example cards:
- "Documentation" -- your docs site
- "Status Page" -- system status
- "Contact Us" -- contact form
Custom Domain#
Use your own domain (e.g., help.yourcompany.com):
- Go to Help Page Settings > Custom Domain
- Enter your domain
- Add DNS record (CNAME) pointing to AlonChat
- Verify and activate

Matches visitor's system preference.
Analytics#
Track Help Page performance:
- Total visits
- Conversations started
- Popular questions
- Resolution rate
View in Analytics > Help Page.
