Growth

Plan social content, manage brand assets, publish reviewed posts, and prepare paused ads

Growth#

Growth is the agent's workspace for planning social content and reviewing marketing work. It is marked Beta and requires Growth access on the project and the relevant team permissions.

Where to work#

PageWhat you can do
PlanSet a goal and content plan, review ideas, organize campaigns, and prepare posts
CalendarReview planned and scheduled content
AdsPrepare supported Meta ads in a paused state and inspect ad results
ResultsReview social insights and tracked arrivals
Brand kitSave brand preferences and rules, manage media, and make audio when available
AccountsConnect and select publishing and advertising accounts

Growth posts reach a social audience. Outbound broadcasts send approved message templates to selected contacts. Customer conversations stay in Activity.

Plan and review content#

Set your goal and content plan, including the audience, themes, posting days, and frequency. Draft with Alon prepares a plan for review. Save it before using it for future ideas.

Use Refresh ideas to draft ideas from the content plan or available customer questions and upcoming dates. You can change, skip, or approve each idea. Approval starts a campaign and saves a draft when an image is available; it does not publish the post. Add a photo before publishing an idea that has none. Suggested Brand kit rules also need your decision before being saved.

Changing the content plan affects future ideas. Existing drafts remain available for review.

Brand kit and media#

Keep brand preferences and Always or Never rules in Brand kit. Its media library accepts supported images, video, and audio. Confirm that you have the rights to use uploaded material.

Where audio generation is enabled, Make audio offers voiceover, music, and sound effects. Availability depends on the project's generation access and the configured service. Read any availability or rights message shown by the tool before continuing.

Storing a video or audio file does not make it a supported post format. The current publishing flow uses one sRGB JPEG image of at most 8 MB, with an aspect ratio from 4:5 to 1.91:1, plus a caption. The library also supports previewing and downloading other assets for separate work.

Publish or schedule a post#

  1. In Accounts, connect and select the Facebook Page and, for Instagram posts, its linked Instagram account. Customer messaging connections are separate from publishing access.
  2. In Plan → Posts, select an image, write the caption and alternative text, and complete the content declarations.
  3. Save the draft, then review the exact image, text, destination, and timing.
  4. Publish now or schedule it, then inspect the resulting publication status and link.

AI-generated images can be published through the Instagram flow with its supported labeling. Facebook publishing currently rejects AI-generated images because that labeling cannot be verified through this flow.

Publishing and editing plans require an owner or admin with the necessary Growth access. Connecting an account requires the project owner. Team access to other controls depends on assigned permissions.

Prepare an ad#

Ads supports preparing a boost of a published Facebook post or a Messenger ad from an approved draft. Select the ad account, then review the creative, budget, dates, and targeting. This flow is for ordinary commercial ads; it excludes housing, employment, financial services, and politics or social issues. Messenger ads also reject AI-generated images. The current form targets the Philippines and supports PHP or USD accounts.

Created ads are verified as paused. Creation does not start delivery or spend. Review the result in Meta before activation. An uncertain result may already have created provider objects; inspect the existing receipt before creating another ad.

Results depend on account permissions and the data Meta returns. Missing insights are not proof that a campaign had no activity, and tracked arrivals are not a complete measure of every sale.
