Connect your Google Business Profile so your agent can reply to reviews and keep location info handy.

Google Business Profile#

Connecting your Google Business Profile lets your agent help with your public reputation — drafting and posting replies to Google reviews, and keeping each location's details on hand. It's especially useful for multi-location businesses.

Prerequisites#

  • A Google Business Profile with at least one verified location
  • Owner or manager access to the profile

Connecting#

  1. Open your agent and go to Deploy > Google Business.
  2. Click Connect and authorize access to your Google Business Profile.
  3. AlonChat syncs your locations automatically.

Once connected, your locations appear in the Reviews inbox.

What It Enables#

  • Review replies — the agent drafts a reply to each new review; you approve it, or let it post automatically based on your rules
  • Per-location handling — reviews are organized by location, so multi-branch businesses stay tidy
  • Location hours — keep each location's hours available for the agent to reference

Set up review-reply rules and escalate negative reviews to your team with Human Review. Manage and respond to reviews in Activity > Reviews.

Keeping Replies Safe#

Reviews are public, so a draft-and-approve flow is a good default: the agent writes a reply in your voice, you approve, and it posts. Route low ratings to Needs Attention so a human always sees them first.
