Prerequisites#
- A Viber Business account with bot/API access
- Your Viber bot token
- A trained AlonChat agent
Connecting Viber#
- Open your agent and go to Deploy > Viber.
- Click Connect and paste your Viber bot token.
- Save. AlonChat links the bot and starts receiving messages.
You can connect more than one Viber bot to the same agent.
