Review your Facebook and Instagram posts and turn the ones you choose into drafts
Social Feed#
Social Feed brings your own Facebook and Instagram posts into Agent Studio → Data sources so you can decide what, if anything, the agent should learn. Finding a post, or receiving a suggestion, does not publish an answer.
Other channels do not feed this list. Comment moderation is separate. See Comments & Reviews.
What a post can become#

Choose Review every post or Auto-draft safe posts. With auto-draft, a post still waits for you when it mentions a topic you always review (pricing, policy, hours, contact, or payment), conflicts with existing knowledge, or has unclear dates. Either way, the result is a draft. It is not a customer-facing answer until you review it and finish the matching source.

Review the feed#
- Open Agent Studio → Data sources.
- Choose Add source, then Social feed. Connect Facebook or Instagram if the feed says no account is connected.
- In Review posts, read the suggestion, dates, and caption.
- Add the post to knowledge or as a temporary update, or ignore it.
- Open Created from posts to see the drafts and revert one if you change your mind.
- Train a knowledge draft, or review a temporary-update draft, before testing it in Playground.
A post proves what was published then. It does not prove the price, hours, or offer are still current. Check the draft against the business before training or activating it.
