GrabFood / GrabMart
Sync your Grab menu so your agent can check live items, prices, and availability before confirming an order.
GrabFood / GrabMart#
If you sell through GrabFood or GrabMart, this automation keeps your agent in sync with your Grab catalog. The agent can look up menu items, prices, and availability when chatting with customers — so it quotes what's actually on your Grab store, not stale info. Find it under Automations > GrabFood / GrabMart.
What You Configure#
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Merchant connection | Your GrabFood and/or GrabMart merchant credentials and market |
| Default product | Which to prefer when both GrabFood and GrabMart are connected |
| Catalog sync | Keep a searchable copy of your Grab catalog fresh on a schedule (or sync manually anytime) |
| What's allowed | Which catalog operations processes may use |
| Test lookup | Search your catalog by item name or code to confirm matching works |
You can connect GrabFood, GrabMart, or both.
How the Catalog Works#
AlonChat keeps a searchable copy of your Grab catalog so the agent can resolve a customer's plain-language request ("do you have chicken wings?") to the exact item, price, and availability.
Grab stays the source of truth. The synced catalog is a read-only lookup that keeps the agent fast and accurate. It never edits your Grab store, and a customer saying an item is "out of stock" is treated as something to flag — not as an inventory change.
Keep the catalog fresh by choosing a sync schedule, or trigger a manual sync after you update your menu.
What the Agent Does#
- Find items by description, name, or code
- Quote prices straight from your synced catalog
- Check availability before confirming an order
- Flag mismatches when something a customer mentions doesn't match the catalog
