Suggestions#
AlonChat analyzes your conversations and suggests improvements to your knowledge base.
How It Works#
- Analysis: AlonChat monitors conversations for unanswered questions
- Detection: Questions the agent couldn't answer well are flagged
- Suggestions: You receive actionable suggestions to fill knowledge gaps
- Action: Add the suggested content with one click
Accessing Suggestions#
- Go to your agent dashboard
- Navigate to Sources → Suggestions
- View pending suggestions
Types of Suggestions#
Missing Information#
Questions where the agent didn't have enough knowledge:
"User asked about return policy but agent couldn't provide specific details"
Suggestion: Add return policy information
Outdated Content#
Information that may be outdated:
"User asked about current pricing, agent mentioned old prices"
Suggestion: Update pricing information
Frequent Questions#
Common questions that could use better answers:
"15 users asked about shipping times this week"
Suggestion: Add detailed shipping information
Taking Action#
Accept Suggestion#
- Click on a suggestion
- Review the recommended content
- Edit if needed
- Click Add to Knowledge Base
- Train your agent
Dismiss Suggestion#
- Click Dismiss
- (Optional) Provide reason
- Suggestion is archived
Mark as Resolved#
If you've already addressed the issue elsewhere:
- Click Mark as Resolved
- Suggestion is removed
Suggestion Quality#
Suggestions are prioritized by:
- Frequency: How often users ask
- Impact: How much it affects user experience
- Confidence: How certain the system is
Best Practices#
- Check regularly: Review suggestions weekly
- Act quickly: Frequent questions need quick resolution
- Batch similar: Group related suggestions together
- Train after adding: Don't forget to retrain your agent
Settings#
Configure suggestion behavior:
- Sensitivity: How easily suggestions are generated
- Notifications: Get notified of new suggestions
- Auto-archive: Automatically archive old suggestions
