Conversation Learning

Teach your agent from past Messenger and Instagram conversations — turn real answers into Q&A and learned style.

Conversation Learning#

Some of your best training material is the conversations you've already had. Conversation Learning (previously called "Chat Training" or "Learn from Chats") imports past Messenger and Instagram conversations and helps you turn them into knowledge — verified Q&A pairs and communication patterns your agent can reuse. Find it under Settings > Conversation learning.

What It Does#

  • Imports past conversations from connected channels
  • Extracts likely Q&A pairs and useful learnings from how you actually answered
  • Surfaces contradictions so you can resolve them before they confuse the agent
  • Lets you approve what becomes training, so nothing goes in without your say-so

The Tabs#

TabWhat it's for
Q&AReview and approve question/answer pairs pulled from real chats
ConflictsResolve answers that contradict each other or your existing knowledge
AlertsReview learnings the system suggests from recent conversations
JobsRun and track training jobs in bulk

How to Use It#

  1. Connect Messenger or Instagram so your history is available — see Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
  2. Open Settings > Conversation learning.
  3. Review the suggested Q&A and learnings, and approve the good ones.
  4. Resolve any conflicts so the agent has one clear answer.
  5. The approved items join your knowledge base and improve future replies.

Conversation Learning vs. Recommendations#

  • Conversation Learning is where past conversations become knowledge.
  • Recommendations is where you review source fixes for missing answers, conflicts, duplicates, and weak spots across every source.

They work together: Conversation Learning feeds knowledge in; Recommendations helps you improve the sources behind the agent.
